A shooting victim in Wausau has died and that means the charges will be upgraded against the 45-year-old suspect.
Michael Turner was taken into custody and charged with first-degree intentional homicide last month.
Witnesses say the victim was sitting in a car on May 15th when Turner drove up and shot him.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released, and he died Wednesday.
Turner was arrested later the same day in Marquette County.
Investigators say the two knew each other.
