An internal investigation has been ordered after the suspension of three tribal officials.
The Menominee Tribal Legislature recently suspended the Tribal administrator, the human resources director, and the administrative planner.
The three were suspended last Thursday.
Their names haven’t been released and they are reportedly still being paid.
When the investigation is complete, the Tribal Legislature will review the findings and determine if any additional action is needed.
Three interim appointments have been made to fill the positions.
