Agreement has been reached to keep the American Family Insurance Championship in Madison at University Ridge Golf Course through 2027.
The Champions Tour event hosted by pro golfer Steve Stricker tees off Friday morning.
After five years, the annual event has raised more than 10 million dollars for charity, with half of that money going to American Family Insurance Children’s Hospital.
The tournament was first held in 2016.
Stricker tees off Friday at 9:10 a-m, with another Wisconsin native, Jerry Kelly, starting his title defense at 9:20.
