Ronald W. Kaderabek, age 86, of Branch, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning, June 16, 2021 at his residence.
Ronald was born on May 12, 1935 in Manitowoc, son of the late Frank and Hildagarde (Meidl) Kaderabek. He attended local area schools and graduated with the class of 1953 from Manitowoc Lincoln High School. On January 29, 1955 he married the former Darlene Hutterer. Ronald was employed for 43 years at Manitowoc Engineering as a Numerical Programmer-Supervisor until his retirement. Ronald was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, VCCA Packerland Region Vintage Car Club Association with his vintage cars, and past president and member of the Branch Fire Department for 33 years. He was inducted into the Branch area Firefighters Hall of Fame. Ronald enjoyed watching Nascar Racing, old cars and traveling.
Ronald is survived by his wife of 66 years: Darlene Kaderabek, Whitelaw; his children: Lou Ann (Ronn) Moore, Whitelaw, Dennis (Jan) Kaderabek, Rockford, IL, Joy Lynn (Roy) Herrmann, Valders, Neal (Kay) Kaderabek, Verona, Lisa (Carl) Kuehn, Manitowoc, Timothy (Lisa) Kaderabek, Valders, Mark Kaderabek, Branch, Dean (Tammy) Kaderabek, Omro, Chad (Jennie) Kaderabek, Edgerton, WI, Robert (Tina) Kaderabek, Sheboygan Falls; 21 grandchildren: Justin, Kristin, Nicole, Fay, Jenny, Chloe, Conner, Brianna Kaderabek, Tony & Patrick Moore, April Lara, Jordan, Benjamin & Alex Shimon, Melissa Tennant, Cassandra Wenzel, Rebecca Zoeldmer, Joanna Meartz, Andrea Lesperance, Amanda Saenz, Garrett Herrmann; 19 great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Allen (Caroline) Kaderabek, Mishicot, Anthony (Lennex) Kaderabek, Sequin, two sisters and two brothers-in-law: Kim Kaderabek, Donna (Robert) Pitz, Tennessee, Paul Hutterer, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Hildagarde Kaderabek; one infant son and daughter: Kevin and Karen Kaderabek; one son: Gene Kaderabek; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Paul and Verienna Hutterer.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 21, 2021 at St. Francis of Assisi on Waldo, 1121 North 14th Street, Manitowoc. Rev. Jason Blahnik will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will take place at Branch Evergreen Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call on Monday at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM.
