A 24-year-old Campbellsport man was arrested over the weekend for driving while intoxicated with two children under the age of 16 in the vehicle.
Eliseo Perez Vences was stopped by a state trooper just before midnight Saturday in Fond du lac County after the man’s vehicle nearly struck another unit on southbound Interstate-41.
The trooper detected indications of impairment and conducted standardized field sobriety tests. Perez Vences was later arrested for OWI 1st offense and transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary blood draw and released to a responsible party.
