The first in a planned series of Listening Sessions involving Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels and Common Council members will be occurring tonight at City Hall.
Fourth district alderman Jim Brey and Mayor Nickels will sit down beginning at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers to speak with citizens and business owners in the district.
