The matchups for the renewal of the Gavitt Games during the coming college basketball season have been announced.
The annual showdown between the Big East and the Big Ten dates back to 2015, but the games weren’t played last year when teams stayed inside their own conferences during the pandemic.
The Wisconsin Badgers will host the Providence Friars and the Marquette Golden Eagles will host Illinois.
Dates and times for the games haven’t been released.
