Marquette freshman forward Dawson Garcia left the door open to a return to college basketball when he didn’t hire an agent.
It looks like that’s what he will do after he failed to advance to the N-B-A Combine following the G-League Elite Camp.
The problem for Golden Eagles fans is, he’s likely not coming back to Marquette.
Garcia has entered his name into the N-C-A-A transfer portal.
It’s a little late in the season to be finding a new college home, but the 6-11 athlete has the skill set to get some attention from any program that has an available scholarship right now.
