He encouraged delegates to “take back our culture.”
Johnson says the nation is making progress on racism but liberals feel it’s not good enough.
He told his fellow Republicans that America isn’t perfect, but it has made progress against the original sin of slavery.
He says that’s not good enough for liberals.
