Badgers quarterback Graham Mertz isn’t sitting on his hands. He’s getting a jump on the N-C-A-A’s new name, image, likeness policies which go into effect this week.
Mertz has revealed his personalized trademark logo on Twitter.
The eight-second video shows game highlights over “I Got 5 On It” by Luniz, a play on the junior quarterback’s uniform number.
The logo based on his initials – G-M – ends the clip.
College athletes will be able to monetize their names, images, and likenesses starting Thursday – once the Division One Board of Directors approves the new policy.
