The Badgers basketball program is doing a lot of its recruiting work in Minnesota, apparently.
Two offers went out to players in the Gopher State Wednesday.
Six-foot-eight Nolan Winter of Lakeville North High School would be a part of the recruiting class of 2023. Lakeville is where Wisconsin found Tyler Wahl and Nate Reuvers.
The Badgers also offered class of 2024 point guard Daniel Freitag of Jefferson High School in Bloomington. He averaged 10 points a game while starting as a freshman.
Winters may be the longer shot. His father played basketball for the Gophers and his mother played volleyball for Minnesota.
