Wisconsin football coach Paul Chryst has to be asking himself – what’s a guy have to do to earn a little respect?
His Badgers have won three division titles and gone 56-and-19 overall since he took over in Madison, yet four Big Ten coaches are ranked ahead of him.
C-B-S Sports and 24-7 Sports released their list this week.
At the top of the pile is Ryan Day of Ohio State – a legitimate choice since nobody in the league is beating his Buckeyes.
After that comes Northwestern’s Pat Fitzgerald, Penn State’s James Franklin, and Iowa head coach Kirk Ferentz.
There is some good news. Chryst was ranked sixth last season and moved up a notch this time.
