The Manitowoc County Treasurer has issued a reminder that the 2nd installment of 2020 current year property taxes is due by July 31st.
Amy Kocian explains that you can pay your tax bill in person at her office, by mail, or at select banking institutions indicated on your postcard reminder. Kocian emphasized that if you intend to mail your payments, your envelope must be postmarked on or before Saturday, July 31st.
Check your tax bill for instructions and telephone numbers should you have any questions. Also, if you own your own home and permanently reside there, you may be eligible for the Lottery Credit on your tax bill. Contact the county treasurer at 683-4021 for more information.
