Bail is set at $3000 recognizance for a 31-year-old Manitowoc man facing several drug charges after an argument Monday night (July 19th).
Blong Vang is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, THC, and Drug Paraphernalia.
Police responded to a citizen call for a disturbance in the 3700 block of Straight Street where it was reported that a man and woman were arguing then fled the scene. Officers located Vang a short time later in the backyard of a residence in the 900 block of Rarton Court.
A case belonging to Vang was searched that revealed THC along with a glass smoking pipe with white residue that tested positive for Meth. Vang also had valid warrants for his arrest issued by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office and Green Bay Police Department.
The lone condition of bail is that Vang maintain absolute sobriety from drugs and alcohol and is due back in court for an initial appearance on August 9th.
