Robert E. Blaha, age 84, lifelong Two Rivers resident, entered eternal life early Saturday morning, July 17, 2021 at River’s Bend Health & Rehabilitation Center in Manitowoc.
Robert was born in Two Rivers on April 16, 1937 to Eugene and Florence (Wagner) Blaha, and was a graduate of Two Rivers Washington High School. On December 26, 1955, he married Kathleen M. Kuklinski at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Two Rivers. She preceded him in death on April 2, 2016. Robert worked for the City of Two Rivers as an electrical lineman for 35 years. He loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping or working; and just loved being with his boys.
Bob will be deeply missed by his three children: Brad (Beverly) Blaha, Scott Blaha (close friend, Karen Feaval), and Ross (Lynn) Blaha, all of Two Rivers; his seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers: James (Joy) Blaha, John (Barbara) Blaha; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Florence Blaha; his wife, Kathleen Blaha; and a sister & brother-in-law: Judy (Ronald) Arndt.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 23, 2021 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, 3201 Mishicot Rd. Two Rivers. Officiating at the memorial mass will be Rev. Dave Pleier, with burial to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church Friday morning from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. There will be no Thursday evening visitation.
