You can’t blame Milwaukee Bucks point guard Jrue Holiday for Team USA’s loss to France on Sunday at the Tokyo Olympics.
Holiday just got off a 15-hour flight in time to suit up and lead the team with 18 points and four assists, playing a little less than 28 minutes as Team USA fell 83-76.
Stars like Kevin Durant, Damian Lillard, and Jayson Tatum struggled, combining for just 10-of-28 shooting from the field.
The loss was the first defeat for the Americans in almost 17 years, snapping a 24-game winning streak.
