Traffic was snarled for a time during the noon hour Monday when two vehicles collided at an I-43 off-ramp and Highway 10 in the Manitowoc County Town of Kossuth.
Sheriff’s deputies say a pickup truck pulling a utility trailer was traveling on the I-43 northbound off-ramp when the driver stopped at the stop sign and proceeded to make a left turn.
The operator from Clarkson, Michigan did not see a car going eastbound on HWY 10 and collided with the other unit. The truck driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way causing the accident.
There was no apparent injury to either driver.
