In Amateur Baseball, the Shoreland League has announced its’ Playoff scheduled for late this month and next.
The postseason actually begins tonight with two games on the schedule: #7 Branch visits the ‘4 seed Kewaunee, while #6 Algoma travels to 5th seeded Casco. The winners then battle it out Friday night at the home of the higher seed.
The Shoreland semifinals, best of 3 series, will start next Wednesday, August 4th with the top-seeded and regular-season champion Manitowoc Bandits playing this Friday’s winner and 2nd seed Denmark meeting the ‘3 seed Ashwaubenon.
The championship series is scheduled to get underway on August 11th.
