The season came to an end yesterday for the Manitowoc American Legion Baseball team on the third day of action at the State Legion Tournament in Plover.
Post-88 was No-Hit by De Pere’s Mason Stecker in a 10-0 5-inning defeat.
Manitowoc starter Josh Uhlhorn was saddled with the loss and he was followed to the mound by reliever Brandon Stephany.
Manitowoc concluded a 14-7 record season and became the first Legion team since 2000 to represent the city at the Wisconsin State Tournament.
