There’s a long list of Local and Area High School Football games tonight (August 20th).
The headliner is the intra-city battle between Roncalli and Manitowoc Lutheran at Lancer Field. Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM and coverage starts at 6:45 on 97.1 FM WCUB.
Other first-night action on the gridiron finds the Two Rivers Raiders on the road at Random Lake, Mishicot travels to Reedsville, and Valders makes a road trip to Merrill.
Meanwhile, Kewaunee visits Kiel, Sheboygan North makes the short trip to Plymouth, (Glendale) Nicolet invades Sheboygan South, Sheboygan Falls goes to Brown Deer, and Kohler/Sheboygan Lutheran/Christian and its’ high-octane offense is at Ozaukee.
Other games of area interest include Shawano invades Denmark, Howards Grove travels to Poynette, Brillion goes to Hilbert, Oostburg heads north to Southern Door, New Holstein is at Campbellsport, and Chilton plays host to Crivitz Wolverines.
