Bail is set at $8000 cash for a 24-year-old Two Rivers man for allegedly being in possession of child pornography.
Christopher J. Loucks is charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Sexual Exploitation of a Child. Manitowoc Police received a cyber tip that a pornographic video of a female child had been transmitted via Facebook on March 20th of this year through a Manitowoc internet connection.
The video was determined to have been sent from a Facebook profile that Loucks had used in the past which he denied to authorities when confronted with the allegations.
Conditions of bail are that Loucks have no contact with anyone under the age of 18 and not to use the internet or use any internet-enabled device. He remains in the County Jail with his initial appearance scheduled for August 30th at 1:30 PM.
