Four members of the Manitowoc Lutheran Girls Volleyball team have earned recognition on the Big East All-Conference squad.
According to a news release from conference commissioner Kevin Buch, Lancers 1st team selections in the Red Division are senior Aubrey Schleis and junior Mallory Mehlhorn. Lutheran’s Emily Marohn is joined on the 2nd team all-conference unit by the Reedsville duo of Amelia Stetson and Alayna Peterson.
MonRaye Ermis of the Lancers was named Honorable Mention along with Mishicot’s Ally McArdle and Lacey Tauschek.
Hilbert has two first-teamers, Laney Halbach and Meghan Propson, 2nd team pick Aubree Diedrich and Lillian Sheets received Honorable Mention.
In the Big East ‘Blue’ Division, state qualifier Howards Grove dominated the honor roll with ‘3 unanimous 1st team choices: Karissa Kaminski, Saige Damrow, and Emma Baierl.
The talented Tigers also had 6-other players earn either 2nd team or Honorable Mention status.
