Harold A. Anderson, age 78, a Two Rivers resident, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Aurora Medical Center of Two Rivers.
He was born June 8, 1943 in Mishicot, son of the late Lawrence G. and Wilma M. (Fick) Anderson. Harold attended Lincoln High School, graduating with the class of 1962. On June 19, 1965 he married Judy Christensen at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Harold was employed with Mirro for 33 years until his retirement. In his younger years, he enjoyed playing horseshoes and was inducted into the Neshotah Park Horseshoes Hall of Fame. Harold enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing cards. He also loved his tools and tinkering and working on small engines. Above all, Harold loved spending time with his family.
Harold is survived by his wife of 56 years: Judy Anderson; his daughter: Dawn (Guy) Borths; his son: Tim (Cheryl) Anderson, all of Two Rivers; six grandchildren: Amber (Tom), Adam, Elizabeth (Alex), Andrew (Amanda), Xzavir, and Jovy; 11 great-grandchildren: Meredythe, Gabriel, Allison, Spencer, Sabrina, Shamus, Olivia, Ethan, Tate, Cam’Ron, and Anthony; three brothers: Vern Anderson, Ted (Betty) Anderson, and Wayne (Tracy) Anderson; two sisters-in-law: Gail Anderson and Tootsie Anderson; and one brother-in-law: Michael Christensen. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Lawrence and Wilma Anderson; great-grandbaby: Audrianna; two brothers: Richard Anderson and Donald Anderson; and two sisters-in-law: Donna Anderson and Paula Christensen.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Klein and Stangel Funeral Home, 1420 22nd Street, Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. David Pleier. Harold will be laid to rest at Knollwood Mausoleum, Town of Kossuth.
The family will greet relatives and friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Klein and Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers.
