Christine “Sally” Kaminski, age 72, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family.
Sally was born on April 9, 1959 in Manitowoc. She was the daughter of the late John and Irene Sukowaty Powalish. Sally was a graduate of Lincoln High School and furthered her education at Lakeshore Technical College where she received and Associate Degree in Hazmat Material Management. On September 24, 1966 she married Ronal L. Kaminski at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Manitowoc. She was employed as a shift supervisor at Ironwood Plastics. Sally enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, Sudoku, watching on television Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. He family was her everything.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ron, three children, Chris Kaminski and his finance Angela Walker, Manitowoc, Timm (Allyn) Kaminski, Menasha, Rhonda (Mark) Zahn, Manitowoc; seven grandchildren, Brittany, Costner, Morgan, Devin, Madison, Kayleigh, and Matthew; three sisters: Linda Elmore, Manitowoc, Sandi Gauthier, Mishicot, Cathy (Casey) Stangel, Manitowoc; her pet dog, Sassy; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Irene Powalish, one sister, Carol Parsons, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Daniel and Gladys Kaminski, and special sister-in-law, Sharon Clark.
A life Celebration Social for family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 North Water Street, Manitowoc, located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. At 2:30 p.m. there will be a prayer service led by Deacon Mark Knipp followed by shared memories with family and friends.

The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to the doctors and staff at Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers, the caregivers at Aurora Hospice, the Manitowoc Fire and Rescue and the Manitowoc Police Department for their care and compassion.
