Badgers linebacker T.J. Edwards says he will make a decision later about returning for his senior year. The N-F-L Draft Advisory Board gave him a “come-back-to-school grade” when he asked. That means the board doesn’t think he would be taken in the first or second rounds of the N-F-L Draft in April. The deadline for Edwards’ decision is January 15th. Right now, he’s getting ready for Saturday’s Orange Bowl game against Miami. Many players return to school to try to improve their draft position, but the biggest concern the board had about the Badgers defender was his lack of speed — and that’s hard to improve very much. He’s seen how an injury can change things after linebacker Jack Cichy lost his senior season to a torn A-C-L.
