Roy R. Otto, age 89, a Manitowoc resident, passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at River’s Bend Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Cremation has taken place at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc, and a memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home (928 S. 14th Street), Manitowoc. Burial of Roy’s cremated remains will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers, at a later date.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
Survivors include his children: Cindy Otto, Manitowoc, Daniel (Kathy) Otto, Manitowoc, Scott Otto, Manitowoc, Brenda Otto, Manitowoc; seven grandchildren; many great grandchildren; two sisters: Betty Koenig, Mishicot, Audrey Schneider, Kiel; and three sisters-in-law: Lola Otto, St. Nazianz, Nancy Jacobson, Manitowoc, Carol Schulz, Two Rivers Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his wife: Diane Otto; four sons: Randall, Ronald, Donald and Steven Otto; one granddaughter: Alicia Edwards; the mother of his children: Loraine (Bennin) Otto; one sister and brother-in-law: Marilyn (Merle) Voelker; one brother: Earl Otto; and two brothers-in-law: Leo Koenig and Warren Schulz.
