An Appleton man will be spending some time in prison after being convicted in a child enticement case.
36-year-old Neil Frank was sentenced to 13 years imprisonment after he used social media to communicate with a 15-year-old Appleton resident.
Frank asked the child for graphic sexual images, despite knowing the child’s age, and said that he wanted to have sex with the child.
Frank was arrested on May 18th, after an undercover Fox Valley Metro Police Officer told him to meet at an apartment.
Frank was already a registered sex offender at the time of his arrest, and will also spend five years on extended supervision upon his release.
