A former Valders High School athlete has been named an Honorable Mention All-American by Pro Football Focus.
Luke Goedeke is a 6’ 5”, 310-pound junior offensive lineman for Central Michigan University and lives in Whitelaw.
Goedeke and his Chippewa teammates are practicing for a bowl game on New Year’s Eve day against Boise State.
Central Michigan at 8-&-4 will go up against the 7-&-5 Broncos in the Barstool Sports Arizona Bowl at 1:00 PM central time on Friday, December 31st.
