The Illinois man accused of robbing the Manitowoc Boost Mobile Store at gunpoint on December 30th had his initial appearance delayed this afternoon as he continues to seek legal representation.
32-year- old Alex Goines Junior of Chicago faces multiple charges, including Robbery By Use of a Dangerous Weapon and a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
No one was injured in the commission of the crime that involved the theft of cash and several iPhones.
Goines remains in the County Jail on $50,000 cash bond and the initial appearance has been rescheduled for January 24th at 1:30.
