Bail is set at $1000 recognizance for a 22-year-old Manitowoc woman who allegedly fled in her vehicle with a man hanging onto her hood.
Kayla S. Renner is charged with Second Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Disorderly Conduct with a Domestic Violence Enhancer, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Officers were sent to the University Heights Trailer Park Monday evening.
They were able to see surveillance video that shows Renner approaching a residence in her vehicle and a man coming out to talk to her.
The man identified as Justin A. Dueno grabbed the hood of Renner’s vehicle.
She sped off in reverse accelerating down the road with Dueno hanging onto the hood.
No one was injured in the incident.
Conditions of bail include that Renner does not possess any controlled substance unless prescribed by a physician and maintain absolute sobriety from drugs and alcohol.
She’s due back in court for an initial appearance on February 21st at 1:30.
