The Ariens Company is expanding into the Olympics business.
The snow-blower makers are in the process of building a new Nordic Center in Brillion.
The inspiration for this facility came to CEO Dan Ariens in 2019 after his company become sponsors of the U.S. Biathlon Team.
Ariens was able to see other world-class training centers and decided to build one in Brillion.
The Nordic Center will be located next to Round Lak Farms on the outskirts of the city and will include a year-round trail network.
These trails will be used for recreation, training, and competition in a variety of events, including biathlons.
Construction has already begun, and the center is expected to open in December of this year.
