Bail is set at $200 cash for a Manitowoc man after allegedly shooting a window of a southside residence with a BB gun. Justin Robert LeClair is charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property and eight counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
Police received a call last Friday evening and spotted LeClair, who fit the description of the suspect in question, in the driveway of his girlfriend’s home on South 14TH Street and retreated inside.
LeClair eventually admitted to committing the crime and turned over the weapon, saying that the homeowner had allegedly pulled a gun on him several weeks prior.
Conditions of bail are that LeClair have “no contact” with the victim and not possess any dangerous weapons.
He remains at the County Jail at last word and is due back in court for an initial appearance January 31st at 1:30.
