Five students in Northeast Wisconsin will be getting a $1,000 scholarship from Fox Communities Credit Union.
The scholarships are available to graduating seniors who are primary, active members of Fox Communities Credit Union and plan to continue their education at a two-year or four-year accredited university, technical, or vocational school.
Applicants must have a 2.5 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale and will be asked to submit a written essay, in addition to demonstrating a commitment to community service.
All applications will be reviewed by the scholarship selection committee in accordance with application requirements.
Students who are not currently credit union members can open an account by Saturday, March 12th to establish eligibility for application.
Applications must be submitted by April 1st and can be found at FoxCU.org.
