Bail was set at $5,000 cash yesterday for a 25-year-old Manitowoc man charged with his 4th Offense Driving While Intoxicated.
Cainn J. Senn is also facing 8 charges of Felony Bail Jumping. Police responded to a call Sunday night for a crash in the 1000 block of South 19th Street.
Senn’s truck was eventually located in the 1900 block of Marshall Street with numerous open liquor bottles inside.
Officers went inside the home and noticed a strong smell of alcohol on his breath.
Senn failed a portion of the field sobriety test and following a blood draw at a local hospital, was taken into custody without incident.
Conditions of bail are that Senn is not to operate a motor vehicle and maintain absolute sobriety.
He remains in the County Jail with an initial appearance scheduled for April 4th at 1:30 p.m.
