Wisconsin native Matt Kenseth has been nominated for the NASCAR Hall of Fame Class of 2023.
A voting panel will meet next month to discuss the candidates.
Fan voting on NASCAR.com runs through April 29th.
Kenseth, a native of Cambridge, and two-time Cup Series champion crew chief Tim Brewer are on the modern era ballot for the first time, joining eight candidates from previous years.
With a total of 39 victories, Kenseth is the most successful at the Cup Series level among the drivers who have been nominated.
Two modern area candidates and one pioneer candidate will be elected.
