The DATCP has named their 75th Alice in Dairyland.
Taylor Schaefer of Franksville was selected from a group of six women and will now serve as the agricultural ambassador throughout the state.
Schaefer was born and raised on a beef and crop farm and served as a youth leader in the Racine County 4-H program.
She also studied at U.W. Madison, where she was involved in the Association of Women in Agriculture, and Badger Dairy Clubs.
She will begin her term as the 75th Alice in Dairyland on July 5th, succeeding 74th Alice in Dairyland Julia Nunes of Chippewa Falls.
