A teacher at Two Rivers High School has been arrested.
According to Two Rivers Police Department Assistant Chief Ben Meinnert, the Department received information regarding a teacher that had engaged in sexual contact with a 17-year-old student.
An investigation was conducted, which resulted in 34-year-old Rebecca Kilps being arrested. She has been charged with three counts of Sexual Assault of a Child by a School Instructional Staff Person.
As of now, the TRPD and the Two Rivers School District have not identified any additional victims, however, it is an ongoing investigation.
