A 51-year-old Omro man was arrested in Manitowoc County over the Memorial Day weekend for his 4th OWI Offense (Causing Injury).
The Wisconsin State Patrol says that Darin Garrison was driving his motorcycle just before 3:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon in The Town of Franklin when he crashed at the intersection of County Highways K and NN.
An unidentified 55 -year-old woman, a passenger on the bike, was injured when she fell off the bike. The extent and severity of her injuries were not disclosed.
A trooper interviewed Garrison, saying he showed signs of impairment.
A preliminary breath test sample showed Garrison blew a .167, more than twice Wisconsin’s legal limit of .08, and was taken into custody.
No one else was hurt.
