Several law enforcement agencies are continuing their search for a body in the Manitowoc Harbor.
Police say they are looking for a male, last seen wearing an orange shirt and backpack about 40 yards offshore of The Manitowoc Harbor.
The Manitowoc Police Department received the initial call about 12:45 this afternoon.
The specific search centers south of The Manitowoc Marina near and behind The Baymont Hotel and The Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA.
Agencies involved in the search include Manitowoc Fire and Rescue, a 45-foot Coast Guard response boat and DNR boat.
A Dive team from Green Bay is in route to aid in the search. All marine traffic is being held at this point and the S.S. Badger is currently docked awaiting clearance to return to Ludington Michigan.
Traffic flow around the area is normal, but authorities are urging pedestrians to avoid the area.
