Multiple local and area Fire Departments and law enforcement agencies responded to a barn fire late Monday night in The Manitowoc County Township of Meeme.
Major Jason Orth of The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department says that The County Joint Dispatch Center was notified of the blaze just after 10:15 p.m. at 17231 Point Creek Road.
Details are few at this time but we are told that Sheriff’s Deputies were called to assist with traffic control and The County Fire Investigative Unit has been requested to aid in the investigation.
Agencies assisting on scene include Manitowoc Fire and Rescue. Fire Departments from St. Nazianz, Branch, Haven, Ada and Howards Grove, Valders Ambulance, Manitowoc County First Responders and The Township of Meeme.
