Bail is set at $5000 cash for a 35-year-old Manitowoc man accused of sexually assaulting a minor.
Jordon J. Kittell is charged with Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Person Under 16, two counts of of Causing a Child to View Sexual Activity and two counts of Exposing A Child to Harmful Materials.
The female victim, from Neenah, originally reported Kittell’s alleged actions to The Fox Valley Child Advocacy Center.
She then told investigators that Kittell had shown her pornographic material, touched her inappropriately and asked her to cuddle with him.
The victim went on to say she was feeling “very uncomfortable” and wanted to run adding she was waiting for Kittel to go to sleep so she could leave without him noticing she was gone.
Authorities located Kittel and took him into custody without any further incident.
Conditions of bail are that Kittell have “no contact” with the victim or anyone under the age of 18 and is “not to possess or use” any internet-enabled device.
He remains in The County Jail with his initial appearance scheduled for August 15th at 1:30 p.m.
