A 33-year-old Milwaukee man, formerly of Manitowoc, with a long history of run ins with local law enforcement, appeared for a bail hearing Wednesday afternoon after he was seen urinating on a city street.
Edwin Guzman-Galarza is free on a $350 recognizance bond on charges of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior and Misdemeanor Bail Hearing.
A citizen called authorities after witnessing a man (Guzman-Galarza) walk into the middle of Washington Street and begin urinating.
Officers located Guzman-Galarza near The Marathon Gas Station, denying any wrongdoing, and was taken into custody without further incident.
No condition(s) of bail were issued by the court and his initial appearance is scheduled for October 13th at 10:30 a.m.
