The second devastating injury suffered by Badgers tight end Clay Cundiff will keep him out of the action for several weeks – but he hasn’t been ruled out for the rest of the season yet.
Cundiff was carried off the field Saturday with what is being described as an injured left leg.
Last season an injury left him with a dislocated ankle, broken fibula, and a torn deltoid ligament in his right leg.
Cundiff had caught nine passes for 142 yards and two touchdowns in Wisconsin’s first four games this season.
