A Wednesday night farm accident has left a four-year-old boy dead in Dunn County.
Emergency responders were called to the farm in a rural area near the Town of Peru just after 8:00 p.m.
Witnesses told deputies the child was hit and then run over by a skid steer that was being operated by an adult family member.
Emergency medical care was provided to the victim but he died before he could be rushed to a hospital.
No names have been released.
