West Allis police say the woman hit in a hit-and-run Saturday has died from the injuries she suffered.
44-year-old Donzell Payne has been charged with intoxicated use of a vehicle and operating without a license.
Police say the district attorney’s office has been notified of the victim’s death and charges will likely be amended.
The crash happened at about 9:45 p.m. Saturday.
The 38-year-old woman was riding a bicycle when she was hit.
