Bail is set at $500 cash for an 18-year-old Manitowoc man charged with Possession of Child Pornography.
Manitowoc Police detained Ethan D. Robison on Monday after learning that he was using Snapchat and Instagram to view and share child pornography or child sexual assault material.
Robison admitted to entering several internet chatrooms and downloading the material.
The 18-year-old Manitowoc man also admitted that he needed but didn’t know how to ask for help.
Robison is free on bail with conditions that he have “no contact” with anyone under the age of 18 and not use any internet-enabled device.
He returns to court for an initial appearance on November 21st.
