Kaden A. Jones, 20, Manitowoc, vehicle operator flee/ elude officer and misdemeanor bail jumping on 9/5/22, Guilty plea, on count 1: Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for twenty-four (24) months. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, job search, or combination; 3) Obtain GED or HSED; 4) Provide DNA sample; 5) Pay court costs including costs on count 2; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. Count 2: Court sentences defendant to ninety (90) days Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, defendant has 69 days sentence credit. Court deems the sentence time served. Costs to be paid during the period of probation in count 1.
Johnathan Scott Debauch, 32, Manitowoc, vehicle operator flee/ elude officer as a repeater on 6/29/22, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Comply with all requirements of the Manitowoc County Drug Court; 3) AODA and follow through; 4) Maintain absolute sobriety; 5) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 6) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, or combination; 7) Provide DNA sample; 8) Pay court costs; 9) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. The defendant will also have a six (6) month license revocation of his driver’s license.
Misdemeanor
Gavin M Musial, 18, Brillion, 4th degree sexual assault on 5/5/22, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Complete Psychosexual Evaluation and follow through; 3) No contact with the victim, C.J.; 4) Complete forty (40) hours of community service; 5) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, or combination; 6) Provide DNA sample; 7) Pay court costs; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. The court finds that the defendant would benefit and society would not be harmed by expungement in this matter. Court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon successful completion of sentence without any violations.
