Tyler A. Hoffman, 31, Two Rivers, possession of methamphetamine as a repeater on 8/31/22, Guilty due to no contest plea, Defendant is Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. Todd Michael Bohenstengel, 55, Manitowoc, disorderly conduct–domestic abuse as a repeater on 6/16/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, Court sentences defendant to 30 days Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, commencing immediately. Defendant has one day credit. The court imposes costs of $618.00 to be paid by 03-25-23 or 12 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.
