Michael John Ullman, 22, Manitowoc, receiving or concealing stolen property on 10/21/21, Guilty plea, $100 fine plus costs, total $579 to be paid by 04-14-2023 or 12 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample. The Court finds that the defendant would benefit, and society would not be harmed by expungement in this matter. The court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon successful completion of the sentence.
