It is a big day for some local high school students.
Lincoln High School Juniors take the ACT Tuesday morning beginning at 8:00 a.m.
Students will be tested on subjects including reading, writing, math, and science.
The ACT serves as a basis for college admissions and preparedness for college-level work.
Testing takes approximately four hours and will be followed by student-teacher conferences in the afternoon.
